   As many as 1, 40, 488 names have been excluded from the final draft of NRC that was published on Monday
    NRC officials informed that there were 3,09, 466 application forms for the inclusion of 17, 12, 431people in the NRC, out of which 6, 12, 520 nameshave already appeared in the first draft of NRCwhile on the final draft of NRC, names of 9, 59, 62!
applicants appeared. Out of 17, 12, 413 applicantsnames of 15, 72, 143 appeared in the NRC 2nd draft which comprfses the names of almost 8. 2% names that didn't appear in NRC first draft.
       However, in the Agomoni area, names of 1, 86, 63(appeared and 18, 859 did not appear in the NRCfinal draft. In Bilasipara, Chapar, Dhubri and Golokganj areas names of 3, 41, 438, 1, 39, 245,

       4, 87, 216, 2, 32, 499 people appeared respectivelyand names of 18, 859, 49, 717, 11, 070, 27, 626,

16, 781 people of these areas did not appear re-spectively. In 106 villages with 16 NSKs of SouthSalmara PS under Dhubri district administration,
names of 1, 85, 115 appeared and names of
16, 435 did not appear in the NRC final draft.

        It has been informed that the names of peoplewho have been excluded in the NRC final draft,
mainly includes the names of 9170 D-voters,

        16, 504 doubtful foreigners with cases pending inForeigners'Tribunals and their family membersincluding children who were born after March 3,2004. The names of 1, 157 declared foreignersand their family members have been completelyeradicated from the NRC final draft.

      Meanwhile, the district magistrate of Dhubrih as imposed Section 144 CrPC throughout thedistrict from Sunday keeping in view the ensuingpublication of NRC final draft.

      As per the order signed by Additional District Magistrate S Ali, the administration hasr restrainedthe assembly of five or more personsin public places, streets and thoroughfares.
      Ban has also been imposed on carrying of anylethal weapon, fire arms etc. The administrationthrough the order has also prohibited rallies,meetings demonstrations, picketing, postering,wall writing etc. The order was passed by the administration to maintain peace and avoid
tension.
      However, the NRC final draft was
published peacefully and till the filing of this report no incidents of chaos from any part of thedistrict has been recorded.
